Harveyville woman sent to prison after probation revocation

Cassie M. Roberts, 25, Harveyville, was ordered to serve 34 months in the custody of the Kansas Department of Corrections today by Osage County District Court Judge Phillip M. Fromme.

Roberts was convicted of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and residential burglary in April 2012, and in May 2012 was sentenced to prison but released on probation.

Today, after a third revocation of her probation for failing to comply with terms and conditions, Roberts was ordered to serve her original prison sentences.

Roberts remains in the Osage County Jail awaiting transportation to the Kansas Department of Corrections.
