U.S. 75 from Topeka Boulevard to U.S. 56 junction now open

The Kansas Department of Transportation announced that as of 2:23 p.m. today, July 22, all lanes of southbound U.S. 75 from Topeka Boulevard in Shawnee County to the U.S. 56 junction in Osage County are now open to unrestricted traffic.

Crews spent the day removing all cones from the southbound lanes. KDOT reports all work for the northbound and southbound resurfacing project has been completed on the 10-mile stretch of U.S. 75, and no more lane closures will be needed. (KDOT Project No. 75-89 KA 2185-01 and 75-70 KA 2184-01.)
