July 16, 2014: Bryan C. Robison, 22, Vassar, city of Overbrook warrant for failure to appear, $750 surety bond, OPD; Anthony A. Perry, 22, Baldwin, possession of stolen property, driving while expired, flee and elude, leaving the scene of an accident, aggravated child endangerment, criminal trespass, obstruction, contributing to child misconduct, OSSO; Bernard F. July 17, 2014: Jessica L. Karnes, 24, Topeka, driving under the influence, $1,000 own recognizance bond, OSSO; Matthew S. Culbertson, 32, Carbondale, city of Carbondale warrants for failure to appear, $548 own recognizance bond, CCPD.

July 18, 2014: Shane D. Laubach, 44, Scranton, city of Carbondale warrant for failure to appear, $185 cash bond, OSSO; Scott A. Ritchie 42, Carbondale, driving while revoked, no insurance, habitual violator, $585 cash bond, CPD.
