July 21, 2014: Sherri A. Benson, 41, Winfield, court order process for making false claim, theft by deception, OSSO, released per court.

July 23, 2014: Noverto Pastor, 20, Chanute, driving under the influence, possession of depressant, transporting open container, $2,000 surety bond, OSSO.

July 24, 2014: Dwayne M. Merz, 42, Lyndon, city of Lyndon warrant for failure to appear, $85 cash bond, LPD; Melissa R. Whittemore, 33, Osage City, city of Grandview Plaza warrant for failure to appear, Geary County warrant for failure to appear, released to Geary County, OCPD; Sumer D.
