August 17, 2014: Shannon J. Kaffenbarger, 36, Overbrook, criminal discharge of firearm, aggravated assault with use of a deadly weapon, domestic battery, $2,500 surety bond, OPD; Ebar Isacc Reyes-Duarte, 33, Kansas City, no proof of driver’s license, no proof of insurance, expired tags, KHP.

August 19, 2014: Anthony L.  Elmlinger, 21, Overbrook, arrest and detain for parole violation, released per KDOC, OPD; Jamie N. Schrader, 27, Osage City, city of Newton warrant, arrest for failure to appear, $200 cash bond, OCPD.

August 20, 2014: Theresa E. Rapoza, 26, Topeka, city of Burlingame warrant for failure to appear, BPD.

August 21, 2014: William H. Morgan, 27, Osage City, Osage County warrant for felony theft, OSSO; Zachary G. Osborne, 20, Emporia, driving while suspended, $500 own recognizance bond, BPD.

August 22, 2014: Andrea N. Sanders, 31, Topeka, driving while under the influence, transporting an open container, $1,150 own recognizance bond, OSSO; Cody R. Todd, 24, Osage City, criminal use of firearm, possession of paraphernalia, possession of stimulants, BPD; Gavin E. Smith, 23, Osage City, Osage County warrant for probation violation, OSSO; Kent A. House, 39, Vassar, Butler County warrant for probation violation, $2,500 cash surety bond, KHP.

August 23, 2014: Gary E. Masters, 40, Burlingame, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, $250 cash bond, OSSO.
