Lyndon High School crowns royalty, claims victory at football homecoming

LHS Homecoming Royalty – King Hunter Anderson and Queen Taylor Martin.

The Lyndon High School Tigers delivered a victory for the homecoming crowd Sept. 19, defeating Northern Heights High School 47-18.

During the home game, the 2014 LHS football homecoming royalty was crowned, with Taylor Martin named as homecoming queen and Hunter Anderson chosen as king.

Anderson, a 5’11” 195-pound senior, was credited with three tackles during Lyndon’s third win of the season.

LHS, 3-0, will play against Chase County High School, 1-2, at Cottonwood Falls this Friday Sept. 26. Game time is 7 p.m.
