Moddie recognized as exceptional volunteer by the Friends of COF

The Friends of COF have recognized Stacey Moddie as an exceptional volunteer for the group and COF Training Services.

Moddie currently serves as vice chairman of the Friends group. She was recognized as dependable volunteer and tireless worker. She played a key role in forming Friends of COF, and anchoring the group’s presence in Coffey County.

She and her husband, Everett, taught school in England for the Department of Defense before making Burlington their home, where he owns and manages Crow-Moddie Ford and Chevrolet. She is employed by the Coffey County Special Education Cooperative as a school psychologist.

The Friends of COF exists to provide support to COF Training Services in its efforts to improve the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. COF is an acronym for the names of the three counties in which services are provided: Coffey, Osage and Franklin.
