Dec. 1, 2014: Billy D. Adams, 40, Topeka, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, $1,000 own recognizance bond, OSSO; Casaundra J. Coller, 31, Topeka, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, $145 cash bond, OSSO; David W. Massey, 23, Vassar, driving under the influence, aggravated endangering of a child, $4,500 surety bond, OSSO.

Dec. 3, 2014: Joshua L. Sterling, 27, Overbrook, court order process for giving a worthless check, released per court, OSSO.
