OCPR, KU Athletics offer a night at Allen Fieldhouse

Osage City Parks and Recreation is partnering with KU Athletics and the KU ticket office to offer “OCPR Night at Allen Fieldhouse”, in Lawrence. OCPR Night will be at 7 p.m. Feb. 14, at the KU women’s basketball game against the Texas Longhorns.

General admission tickets are $3, and there is no limit. Tickets can be purchased at the Osage City utility office, 201 S. Fifth St., or from Corey Linton, at the OCPR office. Payment methods accepted include cash or check. Ticket sales deadline is Jan. 23.

Group incentives for the evening include the selection of five OCPR youth basketball players to assist in the pre-game warm-ups; 25 OCPR youth basketball players to participate in a “High Five Tunnel” at the beginning of the game and a group of 25 for the half-time tunnel. In addition, 30 people will be selected to take a behind the scenes tour of Allen Fieldhouse.

The group will be recognized on the video board, and take a group picture on Naismith Court at Allen Fieldhouse.
