Dec. 8, 2014: Steven Shane Adams, 33, Topeka, fishing without a license, $200 cash bond, KDWPT.

Dec. 9, 2014: Gavin E. Smith, 24, Osage City, court order process for giving a worthless check, released per court, OSSO; Jessica L. Davis, 36, Overbrook, felony theft, $2,500 surety bond, CPD.

Dec. 10, 2014: Donald D. Dyke, 41, Melvern, felony theft and forgery, $2,500 surety bond, MPD; Bridget B. Cambron, 36, Carbondale, Osage County warrant for driving under the influence, $5,000 surety bond, OSSO.

Dec. 11, 2014: Keri B. Dyke, 38, Melvern, felony theft and forgery, $2,500 surety bond, MPD.

Dec. 12, 2014: Richard G. Stack, 22, Lebo, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, OSSO.

Dec. 13, 2014: Shane N. Fairbanks, 33, Berryton, driving while under the influence, transporting an open container, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, $1,150 own recognizance bond, CPD.
