March 17, 2015: Ronald L. Stookey, Jr., 38, Leavenworth, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, $4,000 surety bond, OSSO.

March 19, 2015: Luis A. Balcacer, 39, Quenemo, Lancaster County, Neb. warrant for possession of controlled substance, OSSO; Michelle A. Balcacer, 36, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, $400 cash bond, OSSO.

March 20, 2015: Richard W. Traver, 52, Quenemo, driving while suspended, $750 own recognizance bond, OSSO; Brandon L. Roose, 37, Topeka, driving while suspended, OCPD; Tracy L. Marquette, 50, Topeka, Osage County warrant for giving worthless check, $250 cash bond, OSSO;

March 21, 2015: Deborah A. Clausing, 27, Scranton, city of Burlingame warrant for failure to appear, BPD; Jacob R. Leuszler, 20, Lyndon, driving under the influence, $1,000 own recognizance bond, OSSO.
