KBI issues Silver Alert for Missouri man

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation is assisting the Gladstone Missouri Police Department in issuing a statewide Silver Alert for a missing Gladstone man that was last seen at 3 p.m., July 7, 2015, at his son’s home in Seneca, Kan.

Missing and considered endangered is Patrick D. Flynn, a white male, age 61, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, balding with gray hair, blue eyes, last seen wearing a white t-shirt, cut off jean shorts and tennis shoes. He is suffering from a cognitive disorder.

Flynn was last seen driving a blue 2002 Chevrolet S-10 pickup with Missouri license plate DJD 1SP.

Recent information leads authorities to believe he may be in the Phillipsburg, Kan., area.

Anyone having contact or observing Flynn or his vehicle should dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Gladstone Missouri Police Department at 816-436-3550 with any information or questions regarding this Silver Alert.
