Officers explore teamwork at summer retreat

This summer the Marais des Cygnes Valley FFA officers also spent three days at an officer retreat held July 6-8 at Kanapolis State Park. There they learned about leadership and coming together as a team.

The group participated in a nature hike exploring the beauty of the surrounding area, teamwork exercises held by Rice and KSU ag ed student Hannah Boehm, and many more fun activities. By the end of the trip the group became a team and sat down to share their ideas preparing the program of activities for the upcoming year.
