Help House’s second annual winter coat roundup under way

091714-COAT-05Help House is seeking donations of winter coats of all sizes for its second annual winter coat roundup and giveaway. All coats are welcome but must be clean and in good condition. Children’s coats from infant size up are in need.

Coats may be dropped off at the center located at 131 W. 15th St., Lyndon, during regular business hours, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Donors are asked not to leave coats in the shed.

Coats will be accepted until Oct. 10. The coats will be given out on a first come, first served basis from Oct. 13 to Oct. 24, with a limit of one per family member.

Anyone sorting through their family’s winter wear, are asked to think of those who are in need of good, clean winter coats and jackets, or snow suits for the little ones.
