Oct. 22, 2015: Gabrielle H. Webber, 19, Colona, Ill., battery on law enforcement officer, $5,000 surety bond, OSSO; Jason M. Hutchison, 35, Quenemo, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, $1,500 surety bond, OSSO.
