Fisher, 53, Sabetha, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, $10,000 own recognizance bond Osage County, released to Brown County, OSSO; Veronica Spangler-Billingsley, 39, Vassar, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, Lyon County warrant for failure to appear, $250 cash bond for Osage County, $300 cash bond for Lyon County, OSSO.

Oct. 28, 2015: Benjamin C. Roberts, 24, Burlingame, criminal damage to property and theft, $3,000 own recognizance bond, OCPD; Adam L. Steinke, 35, Melvern, burglary and theft, MPD.

Oct. 29, 2015: Edward L. Pursley, 39, Carbondale, driving under the influence, $750 surety bond, CPD; Jason M. Hutchison, 25, Quenemo, Douglas County warrant for probation violation, released to Douglas County, OSSO; John A. Ashley, 26, Kansas City, Mo., possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of stolen property, released charges pending, KHP; Robert A. Brummett, 50, Osage City, violation of protective order, OCPD; Gregory E. Hilderman, 47, Rossville, driving while suspended, flee and elude, no insurance, $750 own recognizance bond.

Nov. 2, 2015: Benjamin Roberts, 24, Burlingame, possession of marijuana, fail to report an accident, giving false information concerning an accident, BPD.
