Two rider appreciation trips planned for May

Submitted by Senior Center Director Byron Jordan

Since there are five Thursdays in May, the general public transportation service will have two rider appreciation trips this month.

The roster is almost full for the May 23 trip to Hartford and Americus, but the signup sheet for the May 30 trip to Newton has just been put out, and hopefully it will also fill up quickly.

The Newton destinations include the Kansas Sports Museum with lunch at the Bread Basket, followed by a trip to the Kauffman Mennonite Museum.

Call the Osage County Senior Center for more information at 785-528-4906.
