Lisa Louise (Scheele) Collison, 49, Burbank, Okla.: July 11, 1966 – Dec. 26, 2015

BURBANK, Okla. – Lisa Louise (Scheele) Collison, 49, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 26, 2015, at the Oklahoma Heart Institute, Tulsa, Okla. She was born on July 11, 1966, in Friend, Neb., to Fredrich Henry Scheele and Louise Ellen (McPeak) Scheele. She was the youngest of eight siblings.

Lisa married Vernon Yoho on March 11, 1984, in Lyndon, Kan. They were later divorced. To this union two sons were born, Dustin Yoho, Burbank, Okla., and Derek Yoho, Cottonwood Falls, Kan. On March 25, 1995, Lisa married Roy Collison. To this union one daughter was born, Jordan Collison (Marcese), Oklahoma City, Okla.

Early in her life, Lisa worked at the Sunset Manor, Waverly, Kan. Later in her life she worked on the Trans Canadian Pipeline, and then worked on the construction of an ethanol plant at Aurora, Neb.

Lisa was preceded in death by her parents, and her older sister, Barbara D. Pence.

Lisa is survived by her three children;  six grandchildren, the “lights of her life”, Sierra, Hunter, Dacoda, Jesse, Trayvon, Corbin, and a granddaughter, Adlee, not yet born; her sisters and brothers, Myra Cooper (Darrel), Duncan, Okla., Regina Sparks (Robert) and Bernie Scheele (Laurie), all of Emporia, Kan., Louellen Valentine (Ron) and LaDonna Kirkpatrick (Randy), all of Melvern, Kan., and Marty Scheele (Amy) of Liberty, Mo.; several nieces and nephews; and friends that loved her very much.

Memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Jan. 8, at the Melvern Church of God. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Thursday, at the church. Inurnment will be in the Melvern Cemetery.
