OCPR Update: Softball clinics wind down; art camp scheduled

OCPR-logo-redOsage City Parks and Recreation is finishing up softball clinics this month, with clinic times set up by appointment. The spring after school art camp for first through fifth-graders has been scheduled; camp begins March 1.

OCPR Softball Hitting Clinic

Softball Instructor, OCHS Softball Head Coach, Tammy Serna (14 years coaching high school level softball).

  • 3rd-8th Grade Softball Players
  • Clinic Dates, January 13, 20, 27 and February 3, 10, 17, 24
  • Clinic Times, 4-7pm
  • Alternate days and times as needed
  • 20-Minute Sessions
  • Sessions are set up by appointment only with Coach Serna (785-633-2708)
  • $5 per player, per player, per session
  • Clinic Location, OCPR Building (517 S. First St., Osage City)
  • Clinic Cost, USD 420 Students $5

After School Art Camp (Spring)

Art Camp Instructor – Becky Weaver (USD 420 Art Instructor)

  • 1st-5th Grade Students
  • March 1, 8, 22, 29; 3:30-4:30pm
  • Osage City Elementary School Art Room
  • Students will explore painting, drawing, and working with clay
  • $20 per student
  • Signup deadline – February 26
