Oct. 2, 2016: Jeremy M. Gerisch, 21, Overbrook, transporting open container, $500 surety bond, BPD; Randy L. Mason, 49, Lyndon, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, $108 cash bond, $2,500 surety bond, LPD.

Oct. 4, 2016: David A. Rendon, 56, Lyndon, Bernalillo County, N.M., warrants for failure to appear, OSSO; Austin C. Hicks, homeless, 22, possession of stolen property, driving while suspended, no proof of liability insurance, $250 own recognizance bond, CPD.

Oct. 5, 2016: Brenton Ray Walker, 20, Burlingame, domestic battery, $1,000 own recognizance bond, BPD; Lee A. Mounkas, 47, Lyndon, contempt of court, released per court, OSSO.

Oct. 6, 2016: Matthew A. Henry, 24, Osage City, no driver’s license on person, no insurance, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, $750 surety bond, $250 cash bond, $750 surety bond, OCPD; Autumn K. Willingham, 21, Melvern, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, $318 cash bond, MPD.

Oct. 7, 2016: Samuel F. Wallis, 41, Carbondale, disorderly conduct, $1,000 own recognizance bond, CPD.

Oct. 8, 2016: Chad J. Barfoot, 21, Topeka, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, $1,500 surety bond, OSSO.
