Lyndon plans community Thanksgiving dinner

turkey-cooked-01On Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24, 2016, a free meal will be served to all who arrive between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. at the Lyndon High School cafeteria. The meal is sponsored by the Lyndon First Baptist Church and Lyndon Pride, and all food is prepared and donated by several members of the Lyndon community. For those who are not able to get out that day, meals will be delivered to local residences if requested.

Volunteers are welcomed to help with serving, setting up, clean up and other opportunities for service. For meal requests or volunteer information, contact Jonathan Moore at 785-207-1231.
