Public transportation offers Kansas City shopping trip

Submitted by Osage County Senior Center Director Byron Jordan

The Osage County Senior Center newsletter for June is out, and we are now setting up our rider appreciation trip to Legends shopping and entertainment center in Kansas City.

There’s a variety of shopping opportunities, a multitude of matinee movies, and many options for an enjoyable lunch meal. And, the bus driver will probably stop at the Russell-Stover store if asked nicely.

We are requesting a $5 donation for the transportation per rider. This is a great opportunity for all ages, but we are limited to the first 20 riders who sign up. Call 785-528-4906 or stop by the senior center at 604 Market St., Osage City, for more information or to sign up.
