TOPEKA, Kan. – Martha Mack, 69, of Topeka, Kan., died June 21, 2017, at Stormont-Vail Hospital. She was born Oct. 11, 1947, in Topeka, the daughter of Lance and Joan (Houston) Mack.
Martha was a licensed practical nurse working at the Colmery O’Neil Veterans Administration Hospital; she retired after 24 years. She enjoyed sewing, but most of all she was happiest when spending time with her grandchildren.
Martha is survived by four sons, Jerry Dixon and his wife, KiKi, Topeka, Mike Dixon and his wife, Edna, Overbrook, Kan., Lance Dixon and his wife, Miriam, and Charles Willige, all of Topeka; three siblings, Joe Mack and his wife, Cathy, Topeka, Nancy Urban, Carbondale, Kan., and Bridget Mack, Wichita, Kan.; and 25 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Julia Mack.
