Aug. 6, 2017: Regena J. Robinson, 36, Wichita, court ordered process for driving while habitual and illegal registration, released per court, OSSO; Elijah L. Scharp, 21, Topeka, Shawnee County warrant for failure to appear, released to Shawnee County, KDWP; Christopher M. Werthen, 38, Overbrook, attempted murder first degree, possession of hallucinogenic drug, criminal restraint, possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, OSSO.

Aug. 7, 2017: David Benaka, 27, Osage City, battery on law enforcement officer, criminal damage to property, burglary, CPD; Douglas C. Kiessling, 38, Frankfort, Jackson County warrant for failure to appear, released to Jackson County, KHP.

Aug. 8, 2017: Andrea N. Fendley, 28, Osage City, Shawnee County warrant for failure to appear, $2,500 surety bond for Shawnee County, OSSO.

Aug. 10, 2017: Alicia Robinson, 25, Wichita, court ordered process for driving while suspended, released for court, OSSO.

Aug. 11, 2017: Richard Prescott, 57, Harrisonville, Mo., bond revocation, BPD; Jason A. Cottrell, 39, Lawrence, court ordered process for driving while suspended, released per court, OSSO.

Aug. 12, 2017: James J. Frye, 41, Osage City, aggravated assault, criminal discharge of firearm, OSSO.
