Sept. 19, 2017: Steven L. Warner, 54, Osage City, Jefferson County warrant for failure to appear, released to Jefferson County, KHP; Quinton J. Testerman, 27, Topeka, driving while suspended, $750 own recognizance bond, CPD.

Sept. 20, 2017: Jon K. Ewing, 57, Scranton, fleeing and eluding, $750 cash bond, OSSO; Craig S. Lewis, 27, Carbondale, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, released for time served, OSSO.

Sept. 21, 2017: Stephen H. Martin, 46, Gardner, adult court ordered process for reckless boating, insufficient personal floatation devices, released per court, OSSO; Bradley Studebaker, 44, Carbondale, Osage County warrant for criminal threat, OSSO.

Sept. 22, 2017: Samantha J. Wilkins, 38, Carbondale, domestic battery, $400 surety bond, CPD.

Sept. 23, 2017: Kenneth J. Blindt, 35, Topeka, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, $1,000 surety bond, OSSO; Nicole Christine Wilms, 29, Wood Heights, Mo., driving under the influence, $750 surety bond, BPD; Danette R. Enright-Bibeau, 51, Osage City, Johnson County warrant for failure to appear, $1,000 surety bond, OCPD.
