Spend some time at your local library; activities for all interests

There’s always a lot going on at the Lyndon Carnegie Library, and librarian Genea Reynolds has shared the library’s schedule of activities for February. Here’s what’s happening:

  • Wednesdays, Feb. 7, 14, 21 and 28 – Chilling at Library for fourth to eighth grades, 3:45-5 p.m.
  • Thursdays, Feb. 1, 8, 15 and 22 – Story time and playtime for pre-K to third grades, 4-5:15 p.m.
  • Tuesday, Feb. 6, 6:15-8 p.m. – Learn to make cards with Maggie.
  • Thursday, Feb. 8, 6:15-8:30 p.m. – Cookie decorating – call to reserve spot.
  • Monday, Feb. 12, 6:15-8:00 p.m. – Learn to crochet.
  • Thursday, Feb. 15, 6:15-8:30 p.m. – Learn to knit.
  • Sunday, Feb. 18 at 2 p.m. – Book club; Author Cheryl Unruh will be visiting.
  • Wednesday, Feb. 21, 6:30-8:30 p.m. – Learn to sew.
  • Thursday, Feb. 22, 6:30-8:30 p.m. – Learn a new craft.
  • Tuesday, Feb. 27, 6:30-7:30 p.m. – Learn about library applications.
  • Wednesday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. – Coffee at the library.
