Feb. 8, 2018: Joshua D. Drum, 24, Quenemo, Osage County warrant for aggravated intimidation of a witness, threat of violence, OSSO; James J. Feb. 9, 2018: Megan R. Ybarra, 31, Baldwin City, Osage County warrant for probation violation, $10,000 surety bond, OSSO.

Feb. 10, 2018: Bruce Tevis, 59, Lyndon, driving while suspended, $1,000 surety bond, BPD; Timothy H. Johnson, 52, Huntertown, Ind., driving under the influence, transporting open container, $3,650 surety bond, OSSO.
