Looking for answers to some tough questions? Have lunch with ECKAAA

In April, the East Central Kansas Area Agency on Aging is offering a chance for people to learn more about dealing with some of life’s difficulties through a series of lunchtime seminars at the Osage City Public Library.

The ECKAAA will host the lunch sessions each Wednesday in April. The goal of the agency is to reach people that have questions and want to learn more about each of the topics before they are in the heat of difficulties. Local resource providers will be at each session to help guide attendees through questions or concerns they may have.

The schedule of topics includes: April 4, Kansas Legal Services; April 11, banking; April 18, nursing homes and assisted living; and April 25, funerals and cremation. The sessions will be 12-1 p.m. at the Osage City Public Library, 515 Main St., Osage City.

RSVP to Shannon Ocsody, ECKAAA caregiver support, to reserve a spot, at 785-242-7200. There is no cost for the session or lunch.
