OSAGE CITY, Kan. – Henry Keith Murphy, 57, passed away Saturday, Aug. 10, 2019, at his home in Osage City, Kan. He was born May 9, 1962, in Prescott, Ariz., the son of James Wesley Murphy and Lorie Havlick.

He was an iron worker and finish carpenter.

Survivors include his wife, Debra, of the home; and three sons, David Lee Murphy, Michael White, and J.D. White, all of Arizona.

Cremation will take place and family will have a celebration of life service at a later date.
