OSAGE CITY, Kan. – Margaret Phillips, 70, of Osage City, Kan., passed away Oct. 22, 2019, at Stormont Vail Hospital, Topeka, Kan. Margaret was born Nov. 7, 1948, in Topeka.

Margaret lived most of her life in Osage City.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, James C. and Ada Martin; sisters, Pamela Wood and Kathleen Wade; and her husband, Larry Phillips Sr.

Margaret is survived by brothers, Russell Martin and James W. Martin; son, Larry Phillips Jr. and his wife, Jean; daughter, Charlotte Simpson and her husband, Jim Rowland; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will have a private service at a later date.
