Cotton-O’Neil Clinic-Osage City encourages telemedicine, call before you come in

Cotton-O’Neil Clinic-Osage City continues to meet the health care needs of our community. We now have two available telemedicine options to continue the care you need while staying safe at home.

  1. You will need a phone with video capabilities (Apple or Android), iPad, or computer with video ability.
  2. Please update your Apple device. Or, for Windows or Android device, have current versions of either Google Chrome or Firefox internet.
  3. Ideally, try also downloading the MyChart app from the app store on your phone (this way we have another form of communicating with you during this health crisis).
  4. Call our clinic at 785-528-3161 and select option #3 to speak with one of our nurses.
  5. Nurse will walk you through the process and can register you for your appointment.

Please also note that we are not having anyone with sick symptoms enter the clinic at this time. Please call ahead if you are sick.

We are seeing sick patients in their vehicles at the rear of the building.

We want to keep the inside of our clinic a safe place to visit, should you need something.

We are having patients schedule lab draws at this time, please call ahead at the number above if you need lab done.

Thank you,

Cotton O’Neil-Osage City
