The Osage County Senior Center remains closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The Sewing Chicks are working on making cloth face masks. They are in need of 100 percent cotton and flannel material. Also needed is elastic; some are using thin hair bands. If anyone has some they would like to donate, call the senior center and leave a message. Messages are checked every day.
Commodities for 60 and over will be distributed Wednesday, April 15, at the senior center, provided they are received on time. Center staff will be calling those that are signed up. Staff will bring the commodities to vehicles so that no one will need to come into the center.
Please stay safe.
