Chasity Ivey Provost, 34, Burlingame: Aug. 6, 1985 – June 26, 2020

BURLINGAME, Kan. – Chasity Ivey Provost, 34, passed away on Friday, June 26, 2020, at the Stormont-Vail Hospital, Topeka, Kansas. She was born on Aug. 6, 1985, in Oklahoma City, Okla., the daughter of Terry Ferguson and Dottie Ivey.

Chasity had lived most of her life in Oklahoma City until moving to Burlingame, Kan., three years ago.

Chasity was a homemaker and had worked in the kitchen at Casey’s, in Burlingame. She graduated from Midwest City High School, in Oklahoma, was a member of the Eagle’s No. 3890 Auxiliary. Her favorite hobby was fishing.

On Dec. 21, 2012, Chasity was married to Craig Provost, in Oklahoma City.

Chasity was preceded in death by her father, Terry; and a brother, Noel Ivey.

Chasity is survived by her husband, Craig, of the home; her mother, Dottie, of Osage City; sister, Desiree Ivey, Oklahoma City; and her two stepchildren, Timothy Provost and Kathryn Provost, both of Oklahoma City.

Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 3, at the Burlingame Federated Church.
