Debra Neill, 67, Olivet: June 10, 1953 – Aug. 13, 2020

OLIVET, Kan. – Debra Neill, 67, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 13, 2020, at her home in Olivet, Kan. She was born on June 10, 1953, in Liverpool, England, the daughter of Robert and Imogene Green Catlin.

Debra had lived in Pomona, Kan., and had lived in Olivet for the last 28 years.

She worked for Wal-Mart, Ottawa, Kan., as a department manager, and then worked for Caldwell Implement, Burlington, Kan., as a service clerk. She was the head cook at Lebo Schools until her retirement.

On July 6, 1974, Debra married Charles Neill, in Osage City, Kan. They later divorced, but were reunited in 1992.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Imogene; and a granddaughter, Aspen Chaylee Schroeder.

Debra is survived by her husband, Charles, of the home; her daughter, Terri Neill, Osage City; two brothers, Rick Catlin, Shoshoni, Wyo., and Rob Catlin, Oklahoma City, Okla.; and a grandson, Kaden Schroeder.

Graveside memorial services will be 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 19, at the Alpine Cemetery, on the north side of Melvern Lake.
