MELVERN, Kan. – Albert E. Meade, Jr., 29, of Melvern, Kan., passed away Sunday, Sept. 6, 2020, in Topeka, Kan. Albert was born Sept. 15, 1990, the son of Albert E. Meade Sr. and Terri (Garrison) Meade.

Albert grew up attending Melvern and Santa Fe Trail schools. Albert worked as a plumber throughout Topeka. He lived in Oregon part of his life. Albert attended Oxford House and was a member of NA group.

He is survived by his father, Ed (Dana) Meade, Williamsburg, Kan.; his mother, Terri (Daniel, Jr.) Morgan, Melvern; paternal grandmother, Patricia LeRette, Melvern; maternal grandparents, Joe and Pam Garrison, Topeka; three sisters, Keelley Meade, Williamsburg, Ashley Morgan, Topeka, and Jennifer Walker, of Georgia; his God Momma Tammy Jackson, and godsisters Tamika Robinson and Sheria Martin; and many nieces and many nephews. He was also very close to his sponsor, Megan Smallwood, of Topeka.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Albert Evans and Pauline Meade.
