July 29, 2013: Daniel M. Martin, 20, Omaha, Neb., Osage County warrant for involuntary manslaughter while driving under the influence, OSSO.

July 30, 2013: Matthew S. Phillips, 24, Osage City, Osage City warrant for failure to appear, $200 surety bond, OCPD; Kenneth E.C. Guenther, 31, Freeman, Mo., driving while suspended, no proof of insurance, $485 own recognizance bond, CPD.

July 31, 2013: Randal W. Parks, 21, Scranton, Osage City warrant for failure to appear, OSSO; Robert M. Bradshaw, 22, Overbrook, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, $15,000 surety bond, OSSO; David B. A. Lehnherr, 22, Osage City, Osage County warrant for probation  violation, OSSO; Anna R. Weller 42, Osage City, driving under the influence, $1,500 surety bond, OCPD.

August 1, 2013: Nathaniel E. Hammersmith, 25, Scranton, driving while suspended, $750 own recognizance bond, OSSO.

August 2, 2013: Martin W. Marshall, 48, Topeka, driving under the influence, $1,000 own recognizance bond, OSSO; Lindsay N. Senne, 25, Scranton,  driving while suspended, $500 surety bond, SPD; Joseph F. Duncan, 33, Carbondale, Osage County warrant for driving under the influence, $1,500 surety bond, CPD; Joseph W. Harris, 27, Osage City, Douglas County warrant for probation violation, $1,000 surety bond, OCPD; Jared L. Abendroth, 43, Carbondale, transporting open container, $150 own recognizance bond, OSSO.

August 3, 2013: Chasity J. Swartz, 37, Vassar, trafficking contraband into correctional facility, charges pending, OSSO; William V. Wigington, 24, Topeka, boating under the influence, $1,000 own recognizance bond, KDWPT.
