August 14, 2013: Christopher E. Hunter, 29, Osage City, Miami County warrant for failure to appear, released to Miami County, OCPD; Joseph W. Mullins, 43, Netawaka, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, released per court, OSSO; unidentified juvenile, unidentified offense, unidentified arresting agency.

August 17, 2013: Martin T. Michaels, 32, Osage City, obstruction, $1,000 own recognizance bond, OCPD; Andre C. Rhoiney, 45, Kansas City, Mo., distribute opiates, distribute hallucinogenic, driving while suspended, OSSO.
