MELVERN, Kan. – Libby Ann Criqui, 69, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 22, 2021, at her home in Melvern, Kan. She was born Aug. 7, 1952, in West Plains, Mo., the daughter of W.J. and Juanita (McFarland) Holstine.
Libby had lived in Kansas City for several years, and had lived in the Melvern area for the last 45 years. She had worked at Hallmark Cards, Kansas City, King Radio, Ottawa, Kan., and also as a housekeeper for several years.
On March 16, 1979, Libby was united in marriage to Scott Criqui, in Lyndon, Kan. To this union three sons were born, Gary, Jason and Ryan.
Libby was preceded in death by her husband, Scott, Oct. 25, 2006; her son, Ryan, July 7, 1986; and her mother, Juanita.
Libby is survived by her two sons, Gary (Keri) Criqui, Burlington, Kan., and Jason (Melissa) Criqui, Melvern; father, W.J. Holstine, Caulfield, Mo.; brother, Gary Holstine, Belton, Mo.; and three grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 6:30-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 30, at Feltner Funeral Chapel, Lyndon. Inurnment will be in the Alpine Cemetery at a later date.
