At 2:09 p.m. April 15, 2023, an Osage County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop at Sixth and Jefferson in Lyndon for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. The driver of the vehicle, Calvin J. Graybeal, 35, Lyndon, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia, endangering a child, driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked, driving while habitual violator, no liability insurance.
At 11:47 a.m. April 17, 2023, an Osage County K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop at 125th Street and South Topeka Avenue for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. The driver of the vehicle, Michael E. Crummey, 49, Topeka, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
At 1:48 a.m. April 19, 2023, an Osage County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop at Fourth and Main streets in Carbondale for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. The driver of the vehicle, Eric E. Davis, 53, Carbondale, was taken was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
At 3 p.m. April 19, 2023, an Osage County Sheriff’s Office investigator conducted a traffic stop at milepost 121 on U.S. Highway 75 for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. The driver of the vehicle, Christopher A. Wilburn, 46, Emporia, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
