Local FFA members were among 32 Kansas students awarded $1,000 Ford Trucks/Built Ford Tough Scholarships during the fifth session of the 95th Kansas FFA Convention, May 31-June 2, 2023, at Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kan.

Kansas’ East Central District FFA members who earned the award and scholarship were Kyla Vogeler, Marais des Cygnes Valley FFA; Halle Finnerty, Burlington FFA; and Kolden Ryberg, North Lyon County FFA.

The Ford scholarship program recognizes FFA members’ talents and accomplishments while encouraging their future academic achievements.
