Sheriff’s reports:
At 9:31 p.m. Sept. 4, 2023, an Osage County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop at milepost 140 on U.S. Highway 75, near Carbondale, for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. The driver of the vehicle, Cirenio Martinez-Apolinar, 35, of Lyndon, Kan., was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine, transporting an open container, and no driver’s license.
