Sheriff’s report:

At 11:37 p.m. Sept. 28, 2023, an Osage County Sheriff’s deputy conducted a traffic stop at milepost 166 on Interstate 35 for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. The driver of the vehicle, Dorrian T. Carpentier-Roberts, 32, of Wichita, Kan., was arrested on suspicion of possession of stimulants.
