LYNDON, Kan. – Troy Conrad Williams, 61, passed away Sunday, Oct. 8, 2023, at Midland Hospice House, Topeka, Kan. He was born Nov. 5, 1961, in Manhattan, Kan., the son of Gerald and Katherine (Jones) Williams.

Troy had lived most all of his life in the Topeka community.

Troy served in the United States Marine Corps from 1980 to 1983. He worked for many years as a sheet rocker for Garner Remodeling, in Topeka, and then learned machine maintenance and worked for the Johnsonville Company, Holton, Kan.

Troy attended Mt. Pleasant Community Church, near Lyndon, Kan., and he loved to hunt, fish and go to the shooting range at the Gun Garage.

Troy was preceded in death by his father, Gerald: and a brother, Bryce Williams.

Troy is survived by his mother, Katherine Smith, Lyndon; brother, Richard Williams, Canyon City, Colo.; and sister, Karri Riege, Lead, S.D.

Memorial services will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 28, at Mt. Pleasant Community Church, 26075 S. Berryton Road, Lyndon. The family will receive friends 10 a.m. until service time.
