Feb. 20, 2024

  • Jordan Ann Noland, 22, Emporia, Kingman County warrants, $20,000 surety bond, OSSO.

Feb. 21, 2024

  • Mamdou Fofana, 57, Englewood, Colo., Colorado warrant, released per court, OPD.

Feb. 23, 2024

  • Raul Ontiveros-Mora, 40, Minneapolis, Minn., driving while suspended, no insurance, no registration, improper driving on roadway, $550 cash bond, KHP.
  • Vincent Ardell Thomas, 30, Topeka, Shawnee County warrant, possession of stimulant, possession of marijuana, transporting open container, distribute opiates, opium, narcotics or stimulant, OSSO.

Sheriff’s reports:

  • At 3:55 p.m. Feb. 23, 2024, an Osage County K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop at milepost 119 on U.S. Highway 75 for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. Vincent A. Thomas Jr., 30, Topeka, Kan., was arrested on suspicion of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, transporting an open container of alcohol, and two arrest warrants.
  • At 12:26 p.m. Feb. 26, 2024, an Osage County K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of Main Street in Carbondale for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. Todd R. Erwin, 59, Topeka, Kan., was arrested and booked into the Osage County Jail on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
