  • Quinten Robert Ward, 26, Pomona, possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, transporting an open container, use or possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into human body, vehicle liability insurance required, operate vehicle without registration or with expired tag, OSSO.

Sheriff’s report:

At 3:41 p.m. April 4, 2024, the Osage County Sheriff’s Office executed a narcotics search warrant at 29265 S. Berryton Rd., near Melvern. Kayla A. Leitner, 33, of the address, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

At 11:20 p.m. April 6, 2024, an Osage County K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop at milepost 163 on Interstate 35 for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. Quinten R. Ward, 26, of Pomona, was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, transporting an open container, no proof of insurance, and a vehicle registration violation.
