Lois worked in banking, working at Capital City Bank, Topeka, Kan., for many years. Lois married Roland Ray Urbanek, Oct. 3, 1956, in Inglewood, Calif. Lois and Roland had a child, Randall Craig, who passed shortly after birth, due to health complications. They raised two other sons, Raymond Alan (Kerrie) and Barry Jay.

Lois is survived by her son, Barry; daughter-in-law, Kerrie Urbanek; and step-grandson, Dustin Chase (Alex).

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Roland; sisters, Shirley Soukup (Robert) and Wanda Urbanek (Ben); and sons, Randall Craig and Raymond Alan.

Cremation is planned with no memorial service, per her wishes. Memorial contributions can be made to ASPCA, or sent in care of Midwest Cremation, Inc., 525 SE 37th St., Topeka, KS 66605. Condolences can be left at midwest-cremation.com.
