Sheriff’s report:

At 2:04 p.m. April 22, 2024, an Osage County Sheriff’s K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop at milepost 159 on Interstate 35 for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. Bret A. Crowther, 60, of Wichita, was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license suspended.
