Sheriff’s reports:

At 1:01 a.m. June 16, 2024, an Osage County Sheriff’s K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 56 under U.S. Highway 75 for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. April M. Mealler, 31, of Rossville, Kan., was taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of marijuana.

At 5:48 p.m. June 16, 2024, an Osage County Sheriff’s K-9 unit conducted a traffic stop at state Highway 268 and South Adams Road for a traffic violation. During the stop, illegal narcotics were located. Dalton D. Pabst, 31, of Osage City, Kan., was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
