Community moving day for new Overbrook library Saturday

stackofbooks3topOverbrook is planning a big move-in day. The interior of the city’s new library is completed and ready to be occupied. Beginning at 8 a.m. tomorrow, Saturday, all service clubs, youth groups, businesses, families and individuals are invited to help move shelving, books and materials from storage. Helpers are asked to bring trucks, vans or trailers, strong backs and helping hands, and meet at the old high school gymnasium.

For more information, contact the city office at 785-665-7328 or library director Peggy Waldman at 785-665-7266.
