Jan. 1, 2014: Gerard E. Lowrance, 62, Osage City, driving under the influence, transporting open container, no insurance, $1,400 own recognizance bond, OSSO; Steven L. Peterson, 51, Bolivar, Mo., theft and Shawnee County warrant, $1,500 own recognizance bond for Osage City, released to Shawnee County, OCPD.

Jan. 1-3, 2014: Unidentified juvenile, unidentified offense, unidentified arresting agency.

Jan. 3, 2014: Paula R. Sender, 41, Overbrook, Osage County warrant for failure to appear, two Shawnee County warrants, $250 cash for Osage County, $100 cash bond and $1,000 surety bond for Shawnee County, OCPD.

Jan. 4, 2014: Ronald L. Hartpence Jr., 38, Melvern, aggravated indecent liberties, OSSO.
